The Nimbin Neighbourhood & Information Centre (NNIC) is looking for a Clinical Care Navigator to join the Nimbin AOD Hub partnership, which is co‑located within the Nimbin Neighbourhood Centre. This role helps community members access alcohol and other drug (AOD), health, and social supports through coordinated, person‑centered care. It’s a full‑time position based in Nimbin, employed and managed by Nimbin Neighbourhood & Information Centre (NNIC), and works as an integral part of the Buttery‑led Nimbin AOD Hub alongside partner services.

Nimbin Neighbourhood and Information Centre (NNIC) is a small not for profit organisation with a proud history
of working at the grassroots level with and for the community. We are looking for the right person to join our
dedicated and friendly down-to-earth team as a full time worker supporting the community and our clients in a
key role at our Centre. This person will have a sense of humour, the ability to engage with a diverse range of
community members and be keen to work in a busy setting with never a dull moment.

Client Care Navigator-Front of House: FT-35hrs/week. Tertiary quals in relevant field required.
Services/Community Development - SCHADS Award Level 3.

The Client Care Navigator is responsible for assisting the Manager and Management Committee to provide efficient and
effective NNIC Front Of House (FOH) Intake, assessment and triage service including for the AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) Hub clients, in accordance with contractual specifications, NNIC policy and procedures and relevant legislation. The role also includes community development activities including events and fundraising.
