Thank you for joining our #NAIDOC2026 Celebrations

This month, we were proud to celebrate NAIDOC Week (5–12 July) by hosting two special community screenings of Imagine, a powerful film by Jack Manning Bancroft and Tyson Yunkaporta, in Lismore and Port Macquarie. It was wonderful to see community members, Elders, participants, supporters and staff come together to celebrate First Nations culture, storytelling and connection. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make these events such a meaningful success.

We were also a part of Big Deadly Day for NAIDOC Week in Lismore on July 8. Staff were kept busy at the stall, relishing in the opportunity to connect with community members and other services.⁠ ⁠A big thanks to Buttery team member James McArthur-Appleby for his help throughout the day, particularly with networking and engaging with community service providers. And fellow Buttery staff Cobi for helping to make our involvement possible (and refereeing the footy throughout).⁠ We're grateful to have been part of such an important #NAIDOCWeek2026 celebration.
