A 100km fun run up the Byron Bay Lighthouse

Avid runner Osher Fielder of the Byron Bay Run Club raised funds for The Buttery in August by completing a 100km endurance run up the Byron Bay lighthouse. On August 1, Osher simultaneously ran and raising dollars for our work in the community, and highlighting the message; movement can change your life for the better.

Kicking off at 3pm on Friday afternoon, Osher ran right through the night in heavy rain, completing his effort at 8am the next morning. We're so grateful for his efforts, as well as all of those who participated in the run itself, or simply donated - the fun run raising an impressive $4600 for The Buttery.
