3 CDAT wins for Josh Seage
A big congratulations to The Buttery's Josh Seage whose youth work was celebrated with 3 CDAT Awards recently. He says; "I’m most proud that each award reflects something different about what CDATs can do when they’re truly connected to their community, From prevention and early intervention with young people in Richmond Valley, to creative peer-led education in Byron, to trauma-informed and inclusive support in Tenterfield. It shows the impact we can have when we listen to what each place actually needs."
“I believe CDATs are so important because they’re community-driven at the core. They give locals a platform to lead the conversations, tailor strategies, and build trust in a way that outside services sometimes can’t. My role is just to help bring the right people together, support the ideas, and remove as many barriers as possible so communities can do what they do best.”
