RPAS – RELAPSE PREVENTION AFTERCARE
AODCCC – CONTINUING COORDINATED CARE

The Buttery’s AOD Continuing Coordination of Care programs, AODCCC & RPAS are free and confidential services for people receiving alcohol and other drug treatment. They support people in recovery to connect with others, focus on their strengths, maintain a healthy lifestyle and lead a fulfilling life. This includes assistance, if needed, with obtaining housing, education, training and employment. It is not a treatment program. Please find our referral forms here.

WHAT CAN IT DO FOR YOU?
AODCCC & RPAS are there to support you in your recovery by:
building connections for you with AOD (alcohol and other drug) and primary health services.
improving your access to housing, education, training and employment services.
helping you with your day-to-day living at home and with other aspects of your life.
supporting you to build better connections with your local community through recreation and social activities.
focusing on your strengths and helping motivate you to bring about positive and lasting change in your life.

YOUR RECOVERY, YOUR NEEDS
AODCCC & RPAS take a personalised approach to each individual’s needs. The emphasis is on building on your strengths to help you achieve lasting recovery and a healthful life.
Although AODCCC & RPAS are not counselling services, they employ Motivational Enhancement to help you find lasting recovery. This proven therapeutic technique can help you to remain committed to doing what is needed to ensure lasting recovery from substance misuse.
AODCCC and RPAS are complementary to other community services. Where possible the programs are integrated with existing community services such as your local GP, NDIS or Centrelink.
