  • Apply the latest evidence-based treatment models

  • Address life-style issues such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, mental health, and budgeting

Core program activities will be scheduled between 9.30 am and 2.30 pm; some optional activities may be offered outside of these hours

Do people need to be clean / sober to participate?

No, as long as they are not going through physical withdrawal while on the program

How often will this program be repeated?

The current one-off funding is for one six-week program at each of the locations – there may not be another opportunity to participate

How much does it cost?

Participation is free of charge. There may be a small cost for optional activities

Things to consider if you are interested …

Want to find out more?

  • Are you willing to abstain from alcohol and drug use for the duration of the program? It’s an intensive program that will take commitment to see it through

  • You will need stable accommodation for the duration of the program. If you’re worried about where you are going to stay for the night, it will be hard for you to commit to the program

  • If you are currently struggling with your mental health, we may need to talk to you and your doctor/mental health worker about whether the program is right for you and what additional supports you may need to participate
